a new standard in warranties

The one area of our industry that is often made intentionally vague- it’s not a coincidence that the cheapest products come with the weakest warranties. Specifiers are tired of having to rely on flimsy warranties forced on them by a wholesaler, an anonymous Far Eastern manufacturer or a contractor who will be long gone when the problems arise. We’re setting new, clear standards in simple to understand terms to give our customers reassurance that the money they are spending is an investment in a trouble free future, with warranty levels they can choose. How can we do this? By working with the most professional world-leading manufacturers and negotiating extended warranties with them- because of course, the best products rarely need their warranties, which is why we can offer such high levels of cover for such extended terms.

1: Standard warranty

This is the standard warranty that our manufacturers offer and is valid for five years from date of purchase. Generally this warranty involves returning any faulty equipment to our workshop where they can be examined, tested, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. 2: Ten year product warranty

We’ve negotiated extended warranties with many of our manufacturers, allowing us to offer greatly extended protection for luminaires we supply. This warranty includes one year on site coverage (where our technicians will visit site to inspect and hopefully repair the luminaire on site) and nine years return to base warranty as details in the standard warranty. 3: Ten year full service warranty

For the very greatest reassurance, we can now offer an extension of our ten year warranty to cover site attendance from our technicians for the full ten years of our warranty. While this costs a little more than options 1 & 2, the client will have the reassurance of a single point of contact to ensure that he has fault-free luminaires for ten years.
